Why do you only offer free shipping on selected items?
We offer free shipping for all items or orders over 100.00. Due to how high shipping cost is. We want to keep our customers happy so they will come back and shop with us.
Who is Creative Home Additions
We are a online store that offers over 3000 produsts for your home decor and gift products. All products are available at wholesale prices.
Where do you find your products to sell?
We buy all our products from a warehouse located in California. We are suppliers and keep many products in stock so that we will be able to supply other stores.
Do you accept personal checks ?
I do accept personal checks. In the event a personal check is bounced or is not a vaild check, your shipment will not be shipped out. Your check must clear in order for us to place your order.
How much is shipping?
To receive an amount for shipping go through the process of purchasing the order.
Prior to sending the order it will tell you the amount of shipping. Shipping for
multiple items will be calculated after order is sent to the order department. The
customer service department will then send you a corrected invoice.
If I don't have a paypal account can I still pay using my credit card?
Yes, at the payment screen there is a screen for paypal customers and then there
is a screen for non-paypal customers. Click on the section for non-paypal customers
and follow the instructions given. If you desire to open a paypal account it is
free.
I also offer a different credit card service through ICU if there is any problems with paypal.
