All payments must be recieved before the products are shipped from the warehouse. All products are fully insured. If there are any defects or products that are broken or not working, a full refund will be returned after warehouse receives defective items. There is a shipping & Handling fee of 7.50 plus 2.50 service fee, when orders are less that $30.00
